Picnic Helpers

Each year we have an Annual Immaculate Conception Picnic for all our Parishioners.  It is a festive day for family and friends and your assistance is always appreciated.

Picnic Partners

You will be asked to do several things to help out at our Annual Parish Picnic

1.  You may be asked to help set up the picnic tables and activities for children

2.  You can assist serving food to our "Senior Citizens"

3.  You can help serve soda and coffee

4.  You can help with the children's games and activities

5.  You may be asked to give a senior citizen a ride to the picnic and share the day with them

6.  You can help clean-up after the picnic is over

What a great opportunity for you and your family to share the day with old and "new friends"...a day out in the sun for fun, good food, conversation, and friendship make everyone feel truly part of our Faith Community.
