Attendance:

If your child is ill and will not be attending class, please call the Office of Religious Education at 973-827-9501 or the Rectory Office at 973-827-9575.  This way we will mark you child with an excused absence.  Sports should not be considered an excused absence

Closings:

In most cases, if Township schools are closed due to inclement weather, parish religious education classes will also be cancelled.

Dismissal:

Classes are dismissed at 4:45PM.  For your child's safely and respect for our catechist's time, please pick up your child promptly at dismissal.  Please call the office if someone other than yourself will be picking up your child.  If you will be delayed, please make every effort to notify the Office of Religious Education or Rectory.  If you are late, we will attempt to call the emergency number listed on your registration form.  (This is why it is important to list an emergency contact.)  If we receive no answer there, your child will be sent to the Office of Religious Education.  Please note that the Office of Religious Education closes at 5:00pm.  We need to make arrangements if you cannot pick up your child on time and will do so to the best of our ability, however, it is the parent's responsibility for pick up arrangements in the case of an emergency.
